What You Missed at eMaint's December User Group Summit

2011_emaint_logo_orangeOn December 7-8, 2011, a group of eMaint team members joined 35 customers at the User Group Summit in Buford, Georgia.  The two-day event was hosted at the Cardinal Glass manufacturing plant and consisted of Best Practices and case study presentations, a plant tour of Cardinal's world class manufacturing facility, eMaint X3 CMMS product training sessions, and networking opportunities.

Representing eMaint were product specialists Alex Allen and Kevin Cronin, Customer Success Manager Lauren Boothe, Marketing Director Rona Palmer, VP of Business Development Gene Pargas, and Senior Developer David Vaughan.

The eMaint team was proud to be joined by clients from 19 organizations across the United States. Some companies represented at the User Group Summit were:

In addition, Randy Pound,  President of Solved Inc., spoke with attendees about reliable planning and scheduling within their maintenance operations. He discusses in detail the reliability roles and responsibilities, reliability principles of excellence, and reviews 10 assessment areas.

eMaint would also like to give a special thanks to Boyd Helm, Maintenance Manager of Cardinal Glass, who provided the facility, plant-tour and case study presentation throughout the Summit. 

This User Group Summit further reinforced eMaint's continued dedication to providing excellent customer service and unique learning opportunities. eMaint received strong positive feedback from post-summit evaluations including:

  • 76% of attendees gained high to significant value from the content of the Summit. 
  • 47.6% of attendees significantly increased their ability to use the eMaint system.
  • 95.1% of attendees believed the User Group Summit will help them improve maintenance operations at their organization. 
  • 89% of attendees gained value from the best practices and case study presentations.
