Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC (OIA) owns outpatient imaging centers and partners with local healthcare providers to manage their imaging centers. OIA wanted a CMMS system to help them manage maintenance on equipment at their facilities, located across the country. In 2012, OIA implemented eMaint and now tracks over 200 assets including cat scans, MRI machines, ultrasounds, x rays, laser printers and more. Downtime and expenses are also tracked by asset, assisting in budgeting and contract negotiations.
